Collection
If collection is available for a particular order, this will be agreed directly with the customer.
Production time
3D-printed products may be produced to order. Production time depends on factors including the product, quantity, material, complexity and current workload.
Returns
If you wish to return a product, please contact us first at info@3d-print.gl so we can review the specific order and explain the next steps.
Custom-made products
Products manufactured specifically according to the customer's own requirements, files, dimensions, text or design may be subject to special terms. These will be communicated in connection with the specific order.
Damage or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at info@3d-print.gl and, where possible, include photos of the product and packaging.
