Orders

An order is placed when the customer completes an order through the webshop. For custom-made products or custom printing, an enquiry is not necessarily a binding order until the price, scope and production have been confirmed by 3D-Print.gl.

Prices

All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) unless otherwise stated. Any delivery costs will be shown during the ordering process.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment is completed according to the terms shown when the order is placed.

Production time

Many of our products are made using 3D printing and may be produced to order. Production time can vary depending on the product, quantity, material, complexity and current workload. Any stated production time should therefore generally be considered an estimate.

3D-printed products

3D-printed products may have visible layer lines and minor variations in surface, shade, dimensions and finish. These are natural characteristics of the 3D-printing process and are not in themselves considered product defects.

Custom-made products

Products made according to the customer's own requirements, files, dimensions, text, name, design or other specifications are considered custom-made. Any special terms applying to such products will be communicated before the order is accepted.

Customer files and material

When uploading STL, 3MF, STEP, OBJ or other files, the customer is responsible for having the right to use the material. 3D-Print.gl reserves the right to reject projects considered unlawful, technically unsuitable or otherwise impossible to produce.

Delivery and collection

Current delivery and collection options are shown during the ordering process or agreed directly with the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and production status.

Defects and incorrect orders

If a product is damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not match the accepted order, please contact 3D-Print.gl as soon as possible at info@3d-print.gl.
